Natálie Toperczerová

Natálie Toperczerová (2000) violin

Natalie began playing the violin at the age of six. After completing the Grammar School and Music School of the City of Prague, she was accepted to the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague as a student of Prof. L. Čepický. She performs regularly in chamber and symphony orchestras (Czech Student Philharmonic, Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra, Film Philharmonic, to name a few).

 

She has successfully participated in violin performance competitions (1st prize and Prize for Best Interpretation of a Mandatory Composition at the Josef Muzika International Competition 2012, 2014, 2016, overall winner of the Internationaler Wettbewerb für junge Geiger Düsseldorf, final round of the International Music Competition Osaka, 3rd prize at the Kocian Violin Competition, 3rd prize at the Pro Bohemia Competition, among others).

 

Since 2018 he has been performing regularly as a member of Trio Vyšehrad (with Pavol Praženica and David Pěruška). In another chamber music accomplishment, she won the Talents for Europe international competition as a member of the Suk Quartet.
